Guardianship can protect the person only, the estate only, and sometimes both the person and the estate.

Guardianship of the Person requires an Annual Report to be filed.

Guardianship of the Estate requires an Annual Accounting to be filed.

Guardianship pf the Person and the Estate requires both an Annual report and an Annual Accounting.
